Ok, so I just have a quick tale to tell. Our family was lucky to get Russ' sister Whitney for New Years Eve. Russ' brother Tyler had us for Christmas, and gave us some of Russ' all time favorite movies. The Fiddler on the Roof, being one of them. Well, I had never seen that whole movie clear through before, and let me tell you that watching it with Russ was a treat all by itself! Anyway, we put that movie on while we played games with Whitney, and every time a song would start, Russ would sing along a bit under his breath. Toward the end of one of "If I Were A Rich Man" Tevia sings, both Russ and Whitney start belting out the song with him. I was laughing so hard, then I hear TJ say "Be quiet! I'm trying to eat!" Which made us all laugh even harder.
That was another great statement in Whatcott children history that we will be quoting in years to come. Along with Sandi's statement when she was 3 years old as we were climbing Timpanogos cave. "Mom, I'm hot. Not like a boy likes you hot, but the other kind".
